Shipping policy

Pickup Policy:
All pickup orders must be collected within 30 days of purchase. Any order not picked up within this timeframe will be subject to a $40 per week storage fee. The Furniture Shop Toronto is not responsible for any damage or breakage to items that remain uncollected beyond the 30-day period. Furniture may be held as payment security against any outstanding storage fees.

Delivery Policy:
We offer three delivery options:

• Threshold Delivery – Delivery inside entrance of home

• Room of Choice Delivery – Items delivered to your selected room.

• White Glove Delivery – Includes delivery, full assembly and room of choice placement with packaging removal.

Delivery timelines are as follows:

• Within the GTA: Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days.

• Outside Ontario: Estimated delivery is 1–3 weeks, depending on location and carrier routing.
