SmartAdjust™ can automatically change your 0% to 10% incline and your 0-10 MPH speed based on your workout history and performance for a hands-free, immersive experience. Connect a heart rate monitor using Bluetooth® and turn on iFIT’s™ ActivePulse™ feature so that the automatic treadmill adjustments change based on your target heart rate zone. The built-in 5” high contrast display will show live stats, including speed, incline, distance, and estimated calories. Whether you prefer using your own Bluetooth® headphones or using the treadmill’s two 2” speakers, you’ll be able to listen to music and your trainer at the same time. Once your workout is over, you can fold the treadmill easily by lifting the treadmill belt up and locking it in place with the pull pin.
